To apply for inclusion in the Register of Electors to vote in the General Election on Saturday 8 February, Form RFA2 must be completed, signed and returned to Donegal County Council Offices by the following deadlines:
Closing date for supplement to register of electors | Wed 22 Jan 2020 |
Closing date for postal/special voters supplements | Thur 16 Jan 2020 |
Form RFA2 should be completed and signed and stamped at your Local Garda station for new applicants.
If this is not possible, Form RFA2 can be signed and stamped at a Donegal County Council Office as Donegal County Council is the Registration Authority. Please note all applicants must provide photographic ID.
RFA3 form should be completed for change of address and returned to Donegal County Council by Wednesday 22 January 2020.
Open Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Fridays 9am to 4.30pm
Closed for lunch each day 12.30pm to 1pm
Closed on Bank Holidays
Applicants for postal votes must have forms signed by Doctor/ Employer/College as appropriate. People going on holiday or to any social occasion are not eligible for a postal vote. Applications for postal votes must be received by Donegal County Council by Thursday 16 January 2020.
Completed Forms can be scanned and emailed to [email protected]. Please ensure that all forms are signed and stamped appropriately as set out above.
