Fire Safety Concerns/Complaint Process
Fire safety concerns/complaints are to be submitted via the online complaint form below.
After submitting the complaint with all mandatory fields completed, a fire officer shall review the complaint. The fire officer shall only liaise directly with the complainant on the nature of the complaint and shall only be able to confirm if the Fire Service has addressed or is addressing the submitted complaint. Any follow up action is a matter between the Fire Service and the owner / occupier or person in control.
