Farmers, in Donegal, are allowed to spread slurry on land between 1 February and 1st October each year, (unless an extension has been granted by the Minister for Agriculture, Food & the Marine)

What causes a milky colour in mains drinking water?
The milky colour is caused by an increased amount of air in the water. Fill a glass of water and let it settle. The water will clear from the bottom up as the air leaves the water.
