The Community Facilitators have a role in supporting and guiding the Homeowner through the Application Process and facilitating access to relevant support services.
Given the demand on the service, the work of the Community Facilitators aims to prioritise homeowners and families who are most vulnerable and / or applicants who may not have the necessary facilities to submit an online application.
