Tenancy Agreement

Before moving into a Council House or apartment, all tenants must sign a tenancy agreement. This agreement lists the terms of the tenancy and is a legal contract between the tenant and the Council.  Under the terms of the agreement, both the tenant and the Council have specific rights and responsibilities.
