All domestic incidents (other than chimney fires) to include house fires, domestic shed/garage, mobile homes, flats/apartments, chalet and alarm calls to domestic homes. Repeated call outs to domestic alarms will be subject to the full commercial rate.

Commercial Incident |
Commercial incidents can involve various types of properties and cover a wide range of situations. Incidents at commercial properties can include a variety of situations such as attending road traffic collisions, vehicle fires, alarm calls, gorse fires, oil spills, special services and domestic garages used for non-domestic purposes or for storing non-domestic equipment. Additionally, commercial incidents that happen outside the county are included.

Request for fire reports from customers, Insurance Companies Assessors and Solicitors. Requests for copies of Fire Reports to be made in writing to the Chief Fire Officer.
