Key core activities revolved around the provision of grant aid, the delivery of training and capability programmes, the promotion of entrepreneurship and enterprise development, awareness and training events around Brexit, facilitating existing networks including engineering cluster under the ProfitNet model, the Food Coast, the Creative Coast and the fashion & design cluster and support to the Donegal Women in Business Network which celebrated its 20 years birthday during 2019.
Key activities to drive entrepreneurship during 2019 were Enterprise Week in March, the Schools Enterprise Programme run from the previous September with the final in April, Irelands Best Young Entrepreneur, National Women’s Enterprise Day in October and the Donegal Business Awards in December.
