Donegal County Council is seeking to purchase 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses and 1 and 2 bedroom apartments for social housing through turnkey developments in Co. Donegal.
The Council is now inviting proposals from developers and building contractors for housing developments in the following locations:

Proposals on green and brown field sites will be considered, including full and partial complete developments.
